Popcorn and chocolate. What could be better? With Chocolate Redi-Glaze you can quickly create totally delicious chocolate glazed popcorn. It's easy to use and in just minutes you will have a crunchy, chocolatey, sweet treat!  While it has been developed for use in professional-style motorized poppers, we use it in any of our Whirley Style Stove Top Poppers and it works great!

Stove top popper with stirring action required to use this product. It must be stirred while popping to work properly.

16 oz is enough for 2 lb of unpopped kernels.

Please note: This product produces a chocolate glaze. For best results, use with our "Regular Coconut Oil" packets.

Smells Fantastic!
  I received a sample of this with my last order. I made it in my "Stir Crazy" electric popper with coconut oil. The sweet chocolate aroma completely filled my home. The glaze mix did not scorch and added a sweet, light chocolate flavor to every kernel. Very impressed.

DIRECTIONS:

Used properly, there's no burning, and very easy clean-up. This unique product cooks directly in your popper while the corn pops. While it has been developed for use in professional-style motorized poppers, it can easily be used in any Whirley Style Stove Top Popper just fine.
  1. Measure out an amount of Chocolate Redi-Glaze equal to 1/2 as much popcorn being used (for example, 1oz Redi-Glaze for 2oz unpopped popcorn kernels).
  2. Add oil to your popper. Use plain coconut or other vegetable oil. Do NOT use flavored oil. Do NOT add any other flavorings or salt to your oil.
  3. Heat the oil (if stovetop, be careful not to overheat).
  4. Add the corn.
  5. Slowly add the Chocolate Redi-Glaze while corn stirs. Cover.
  6. Let pop, being careful to remove from heat promptly - do not wait for every kernel to pop to avoid burning. Make sure all corn is out of the kettle also to avoid burning.

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, cocoa, lecithin, artificial vanilla flavor
