1. Entering Contest and Choosing and Contacting Winners
The contest is being held by JustPoppin.com (the "Website"). Contest is open only to residents in the 50 United States, Guam, and Puerto Rico. One entry per person. Only one winner per household for the duration of the contest. One winning name will be drawn at random from all newsletter subscribers on the date of the drawing. Drawings will be held at noon Eastern Daylight Time, on June 19, June 26, July 3, and July 10.

Entrants must use the form on this page to be eligible and must provide correct answers to all requests for specific entry information. JustPoppin.com is not responsible for and will not consider as eligilble entries, incomplete or incorrect entries, or entries sent but not received by JustPoppin.com for any reason, technical or otherwise.

Winners of the contest will be contacted at the email address used by the winner to enter the contest, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person as the winner within the reply email. JustPoppin.com will mail the contest prize to the address supplied by the recipient of the winner announcement email.

Claiming of prizes requires an email response by the winner, to JustPoppin.com, from the winning email address within 3 days of being notified of winning at the email address used to enter. Failure to respond or responding with incomplete mailing and/or incomplete contact information shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. JustPoppin.com is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s) but may do so at its own discretion.

3. Awarding Prizes
Each prizewinner must supply JustPoppin.com with his/her legal name, mailing address, birth month and year, and daytime and nighttime telephone numbers.

Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings and no prize may be redemed or returned for cash. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees, and all such additional costs that may be incurred.
