You love eating Kettle Corn at the Fair or Boardwalk, now it's quick and easy to make delicious homemade Kettle Corn.  While our Kettle Corn Mix has been developed for use in professional-style motorized poppers, we use it in any of our Whirley Style Stove Top Poppers and it works great!

Stove top popper with stirring action required to use this product. It must be stirred while popping to work properly.

16 oz is enough for 2 lb of unpopped kernels.

The BEST!
  When I make it myself, I know it's fresh and can adjust the mix to my liking. This mix is so much better than I've ever bought. Made it with the mushroom popcorn using coconut oil with a bit less mix than the recipe and it was delicious. I prefer it with just a touch of flavor. So easy and delicious, I'm hooked!

Addicting Kettle Corn
  I am a popcorn lover I have enjoyed kettle corn (KC) in the past but I have never been overly impressed with it. It has only been good enough to break the monotony of traditional flavors on a periodic basis. Recently I ordered your KC flavoring & your Mushroom popcorn seeds. I was surprised at the ease of adding 3/4 of a cup of mix to my 8oz popper. I didn't even strain a muscle, & no math needed. Thats not even the good part. My friends & I go to movies weekly, but still like to get together @ my home theater. We were watching a movie at my home & I made your KC, w/ Coconut oil. IMAGINE; 1 Dr, 2 Engineers, an Rx Co. Rep, all attacking the KC. We made a 2nd batch. This week again we got together to make more KC. We enjoy it so much that one we have nick named it "Kettle Crack" because it is so addicting. delicious
  This mix is DELICIOUS! It was my first experience with making kettle corn. I had looked up recipes and I generally don't like using pre-mixed products, but I came across this and had to try it out. LOVE IT! I've made a few batches it the week that I've had it and my friends love it too. Thank you for catering to popcorn lovers like me!

Better than Salt & Sugar alone
  I've been making kettle corn with simply granulated salt & sugar (1/2c kernels, 1/3c sugar, 1/4c oil, 1 Tbs salt) This is MUCH better, and easier. The powder has a vanilla flavor to it which really rounds out the kettle corn without making it overly sweet.

very good
  I tried it once so far in my Whirley-Pop with coconut oil. It worked well and was very tasty and easy to make. Requires a little more cleanup but not bad. When it runs out I may experiment with just sugar and salt, but this mix is easy and fool-proof.

Sweet and light
  I made used this glaze in my "Stir Crazy" electric popper with coconut oil and Mushroom Corn. The result was a glistening bowl of delicately sweet, crunchy popcorn that my family enjoyed. It was better than the carnival fare the kids are used to, and I knew exactly what ingredients were in it. Next time I am going to add some cayenne pepper to the mix, see how the kids like that.

using mushroom kernels
  Howdy When I popped the mushroom kernels and used the kettle Corn redi mix glaze the taste was real good. The problem was the husks from the kernels were stuck in my throat. I tried to remove them with all sorts of things. I finally removed them with a piece of lunchmeat.

How To Make Kettle Corn

Used properly, you can make Kettle Corn with no burning, and very easy clean-up. This unique product cooks directly in your popper while the corn pops. While it has been developed for use in professional-style motorized poppers, it can easily be used in any Whirley Style Stove Top Popper just fine.
  1. Shake well before each use.
  2. Measure out an amount of Kettle Corn Mix equal to 1/2 as much popcorn being used (for example, 1/4 cup Redi-Glaze for 1/2 un-popped popcorn kernels).
  3. Add oil to your popper (coconut or other vegetable oil). Do NOT use flavored oil. Do NOT add any other flavorings or salt to your oil.
  4. Heat the oil (medium temperature) using the "3 Kernel Method"TM.
  5. Add the corn.
  6. Slowly add the Kettle Corn Mix while stirring the corn. Cover.
  7. Let pop, being careful to remove from heat promptly - do not wait for every kernel to pop to avoid burning. Make sure all corn is out of the kettle also to avoid burning.
